Brisquit minimum is 4 lb. 
Our beef is 100% grass-fed, 100% free-range beef from Chevy Chase Farm. Our beef is always antibiotic-free, never contains added hormones. Our cows always roam free.
Please note:  The site is set up to purchase meat by the pound.  All meat is packaged a little over or under a pound and most meats are between 1.5 and 10 lb.
Brisquit minimum is 4 lb pounds.  We will refund you the difference or you may owe us a little more.  Thanks.
