Our beef is 100% grass-fed, 100% free-range beef from Chevy Chase Farm. Our beef is always antibiotic-free and never contains added hormones. Our cows always roam free.
Please note:  The site is set up to purchase meat by the pound.  All meat is packaged slightly over or under a pound; most meats are between 2.5 and 3.5 pounds.  We will refund you the difference, or you may owe us more.  Thanks.
